It was originally slated to be an airport, and was later converted to residential homes and a select number of condominiums. Its long and slender shape offer amazing waterfront views for a majority of its’residents. Biscayne Island offers arresting views of Downtown Miami and the Biscayne Bay and the homes are in a number of configurations and most have been restored or are new constructions.

Biscayne Island is the closest island in the Venetian chain to the mainland and is minutes to the Brickell Area with an active nightlife, the American Airlines Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center for Performing Arts, the Wynwood Arts District, and Design District.
